Gamma Lambda Chapter at the University of Hartford
Zeta Beta Tau fraternity came to the University of Hartford in 2007 to form the Gamma Lambda colony. Our Founding Fathers went through a tedious process to achieve the goal of creating and being initiated into Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity, and the tradition continues today. Each new Brother brought something new to the table, and within five months, the colony grew to twenty-two Brothers strong. As the idea of forming a Fraternity became more of a reality, the colony started philanthropic events and raised money for organizations such as Lymphoma Cancer Society, Mothers Against Drunk Driving and the Children's Miracle Network. Gamma Lambda became an official chapter in November 2009 with twenty-five brothers. All active Brothers and alumni are listed on this website, as well as those fifteen Brothers who originally formed the chapter.
