Major System Problem Report


Please report all computing problems to the Computer Support Center at x5999 (860.768.5999 from off campus).

In the event of a major systems outage (only) after hours, use this form to report the problem. A major system outage is defined as an outage that affects everybody on the system, for example, "Nobody can receive e-mail" or "The Blackboard web site does not respond". Do not use this form to report problems with your email, web pages, network jack, your account, etc. -- all such issues are handled only by the Computer Support Center at the number above.
