Q. What are the hours of the Sports Center?
A. During the academic year (September to April) the hours are Monday - Friday 6 a.m. - 10 p.m.; Saturday 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.; and Sunday 8 a.m. - 9 p.m. From the last day of finals until the Sports Center closes for Christmas or Commencement the hours are Monday - Friday 6 a.m. - 9 p.m.; and Saturday - Sunday 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. Summer hours (the Monday following University Commencement in May until the day before the first day of school) are Monday - Friday 6 a.m. - 9 p. m.; and Satuday - Sunday 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. The Sports Center is closed on holidays observed by the University of Hartford. Also, during times of University vacations and final exam periods, modified hours are in effect. Please check the information board in the lobby for hours, or call the Sports Center at 768-5050. The Sports Center follows the same schedule as the University with regard to closing procedures and dates. The Sports Center reserves the right to close the Sports Center or sections thereof with prior notice by letter or bulletin boards located in the front of the Sports Center. If the Department of Athletics hosts any conference tournaments, championship games, or special events, the Sports Center director will make changes in the operation schedule.
