Q. Are children under 16 allowed to bring guests?
A. Children ages 16 and under may not bring guests unless accompanied by an adult.
Q. How many guests may I bring in per day, and how much does it cost?
A. Students and members of the Sports Center may bring two guests per day. You must accompany your guests in and out of the building. Each guest must pay $10 and sign a waiver.
Q. What is the purpose of the waiver, and why does my guest have to sign it?
A. It has been mandated by the legal counsel of the University of Hartford.
Q. Why can't members' guests who are just spectators come in and watch their friends/relatives without paying?
A. We have no control once a person has entered the building. We are protecting the facility for those who are entitled to use it. Parents of students, however, are welcome to tour the facility at any time during regular hours of operation.
