Criminal
Justice is one of the fastest growing fields for employment according to the
US Department of Labor. Our students graduate with the relevant skills necessary
for employment in the criminal justice system and with a sophisticated understanding
of the nature and controversies in crime and crime control. Our students have
gotten jobs with many area police departments and federal law enforcement agencies,
in departments of probation and parole, policy analyst in corrections, research
organizations, are in law and graduate school in criminology, and work as investigators,
forensics experts and policy analysts in private, federal and state organizations.
