AUP Project
Your task:
1. Read some of the AUP information on blackboard and LiveText (Look at Assignment 6 and Copyright page).
2.
Do your own research on news and events about issues around internet
saftey and kids (and let's try to get richer than there are bad men on
the net). Look at safety, privacy, freedom of speech, loss of
liberty...etc.
3. Look at some examples of AUPs.
4. Come to class
prepared to both talk about this enormous issue and to think about what
you would put in an AUP - not only the "Nos ", but the enforcement and
consequences. In addition, how would you, as a tech coordinator,
approach encouraging others to think about an AUP and outreach, buy in,
and compliance.
