Banner Requirements

• Banners must be created on a queen size sheet (94 inch X 105 inch). Hooks are 7' 6" apart.

• Banners must be handed in to the Office of Student Centers and Activities office (SCA, GSU 205) no more than three weeks prior to event and at least 24 hours before posting date.


• The Banner will be taken down the day or on the scheduled take down day.


• The person responsible for the banner must retrieve it within 24 hours of its being taken down. If it is not retrieved in this time it will be discarded.


• If there is no date on the banner then the banner will only stay up for three weeks or less.


• SCA reserves the right to take down any banner it deems offensive.
