As the representative of my department/organization, I understand that should I need to cancel my reservation, I must complete a Reservation Cancellation form and submit it AT LEAST 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a $25 fee charged and any additional cost of staffing to my department/organization account.

 

I also understand that should any damages occur to the space and/or equipment I have reserved during my event, my department/organization will be held responsible and charged accordingly. My department/organization will abide by all policies set out by SCA and the University of Hartford. Any events outside of the normal Student Centers Administration operating hours may be subjected to additional costs.
