As the representative of my department or organization, I understand that should I need to cancel my reservation, I must complete a Reservation Cancellation form and submit it minimally 24 hours before the event. Failure to do so will result in a charge of $10 for on-campus groups and $30 for off- campus groups. If the event is scheduled after normal working hours, I understand that I will also be charged associated personnel costs.

We have implemented this policy because of the high demand for room usage. If you are unable to hold your event, we must be able to release the room for use by another group.
