Direct Billing Costs for Facilities

Building Managers are Student Centers and Activities staff that are required to be on location for Event Setup, and for the Safety and Security of your event.

Building Managers availability:

  • Academic Year: 8:30AM - 11:00PM Sunday - Saturday
  • Summer Term: 8:30AM - 6:30PM Monday - Friday

Direct Billing of $10.00 per hour will be involved for building managers if events are scheduled before or after these hours

Custodial hours by union contract for Gengras Student Union are 7:30AM - 3:00PM and 6:00PM - 11:00PM Monday through Friday. For large events that have food or decorations direct costs for additional staff will be assessed by the Department of Facilities.

Weekend and Holiday custodial costs for cleanup of event room, washrooms, etc. will be required for all events that have food or decorations planned. Cost of custodians is $30.00 per hour, minimum four hours per union contract for a minimum total of $120.00.
