"As educators, our mission in the Office of Student Centers and Activities is to provide opportunities for out of classroom experiences. In our "Home Away From Home" environment we offer diverse social and educational programs and services and resources that foster responsible citizenship, leadership, and ethical values."

The Office of Student Centers and Activities (SCA) office combines facilities management of the Gengras Student Union, Konover Campus Center and the University Commons with Student Activities operations. The followin is a partial list of our office's functions:

• Scheduling facility reservations for any of our three facilities for meetings, events and special events
• The Campus Concierge
• Campus Activities Team, better known as CAT
  (Student Programs, Hawk's Nest Events, Special Events & Concerts.)
• Greek Life
  (Panhellenic Council, Inter-fraternity Council & Order of Omega)
• Student Leadership Resource Center
• Hartford College Bowl
• Vending tables for student organization (promoting organizations) and off campus vendors (selling products for a campus marketplace)
• Off-campus housing and roommate listings
• Leadership Quest

We are proud to be members in the Division of Student Affairs and committed to providing the best service possible to our customers. Our student employees and professional staff are dedicated to providing communication with in 48 hours (within the business week) of being contact and giving room scheduling confirmation in writing.
