Park River Apartments

Park River Apartments consists of apartment style independent living for juniors or seniors. Each unit is a full apartment complete with full size bathroom, small size kitchen (including a full size refrigerator, dish washer, sink, cabinets, etc). The apartments themselves consist of four person occupancy ; four single rooms, two double rooms or two singles and one double room. Each apartment has a cable outlet in the common room living room only. Each bedroom has a telephone jack and internet jack for easy hook up. Park River Apartments also home to two classrooms where semester courses are conducted. Full coin or card laundry facilities are located on the second, third, and fourth floors. Park River Apartments consists of two wings with four floors with an elevator for easy access. There is also common area lounges located on the third and fourth floor levels of the West Wing.

Park River Suits is located close to the Sports Center and the University Dining Commons; a very central location

Park River Apartments have 5 Resident Assistants and 1 Resident Director who live within the building.
