Professor Aliotta teaches classes in law, American politics, and women in Politics. She received her Ph.D from the University of Minnesota and has also taught at Miami (Ohio) University. Her current research investigates the impact of women on the judiciary in the United States.

 

 

 

 
 

Christopher Anderson

Professor Anderson teaches courses in political theory and American politics. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota in 2003. His research examines the role of civic education in early American political life. He is on leave during the 2008-09 school year.

Professor Clancy teaches international and comparative politics. He received his Ph.D from the University of Wisconsin and previously taught at Williams, Mount Holyoke and Smith Colleges. His research focuses on tourism and development.

Professor McMiller teaches American Politics. He received his Ph.D. from The Ohio State University in 1995 and has also taught at the University of Connecticut. His research examines elections, voting behavior, and race and politics.

Professor Sandstrom teaches comparative and international politics. He received an MA from the London School of Economics and a Ph.D from Penn State University. He is is currently writing a book on development after the cold war.
