Meet The Person

During high school I always tried to achieve my best and it has definitely paid off. At the end of my senior year, I competed in a local state competition, where I was lucky to be given first place in the state of Connecticut. From there I moved on to a national competition where I was overwhelmed to see so many students from all over the country who had the same passion as I did. Because of architecture and all my hard work and perseverance, I was given a once in a life time opportunity to compete at a national level. Although I didn’t win the competition, I felt proud of what I had accomplished in such short amount of time. The moment I realized I was talented in the field of architecture was when the event organizer told us to be proud of ourselves, for we have beat out hundreds of other students and now resided as the top 1% of all the architecture students in the country. Being told this at such a young age really changed my perspective on life and gave me a drive for the field that still burns hot to this day.
