Tangy Kielbasa

Ingredients

  1. - 3 pounds kielbasa
  2. - 3 onions
  3. - 4 peppers
  4. - olive oil
  5. - garlic in oil
  6. - 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  7. - 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  8. - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  9. - 2 pounds fresh sauerkraut

Directions:

1. Sauté pepper and onions in garlic and oil. Lightly firm, add vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce, put to side.
2. Cook kielbasa, both sides browned, 20 to 25 minutes to a golden brown. Don’t let them split. Remove them.
3. Take 2 packages of sauerkraut and drain. Take a 9 x 12 baking pan and layer some sauerkraut on bottom. Spread some onion and pepper mixture. Cut kielbasa ½ inch thick, layer, ½ kielbasa. Repeat process. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top. Sprinkle Worcestershire, soy and vinegar again.
4. Mix again; bake ½ hour at 350 degrees. Cover with tin foil.
