- Crust:
- - ¼ cup sugar
- - ¼ cup melted butter
- - ¼ cup sugar
- Filling:
- - Five 8 ounce packages cream cheese
- - 3 tablespoons flour
- - 1 ¾ cup sugar
- - 5 eggs
- - 2 egg yolks
- - ¾ teaspoon lemon peel
- - 2 tablespoons heavy cream
