Pistachio Cake

Ingredients

  1. - 3 eggs
  2. - White cake mix
  3. - ½ cup Crisco or Wesson Oil
  4. - 1 cup club soda
  5. - 1 package instant pistachio pudding
  6. - 1 teaspoon vanilla
  7. - ½ cup chopped nuts

Directions:

1. Mix in bowl
2. Use 9 x 2 inch pan or 2 round cake pans
3. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes

Frosting

- 1 pint Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 package instant pistachio pudding
Whip until thick
