- - 8 ounces wide noodles
- - ¼ tablespoon margarine, melted
- - 2 eggs, beaten
- - 4 tablespoons sugar
- - ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- - ½ cup white raisins
- - 1 cup applesauce
- - ½ large cherry pie filling
Cook noodles, Grease 11 x 7” pan. Combine all ingredients with cooked noodles in large bowl. Mix well. Place mixture in pan. Top with cherry pie filling. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
This recipe can be doubled and bake in a 9 x 30” pan. This kugal is a great side dish. It is very sweet and moist and great for dessert and brunches as well.
