Noodle Kugal

Ingredients

  1. - 8 ounces wide noodles
  2. - ¼ tablespoon margarine, melted
  3. - 2 eggs, beaten
  4. - 4 tablespoons sugar
  5. - ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  6. - ½ cup white raisins
  7. - 1 cup applesauce
  8. - ½ large cherry pie filling

Preparation:

Cook noodles, Grease 11 x 7” pan. Combine all ingredients with cooked noodles in large bowl. Mix well. Place mixture in pan. Top with cherry pie filling. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.

Notes:

This recipe can be doubled and bake in a 9 x 30” pan. This kugal is a great side dish. It is very sweet and moist and great for dessert and brunches as well.
