Jane’s Meat Loaf

Ingredients

  1. - 1 pound ground beef
  2. - ¾ pound ground pork
  3. - ¾ pound ground veal
  4. - 3 eggs
  5. - 1 cup of bread crumbs
  6. - ¼ cup ketchup
  7. - ½ cup milk
  8. - 2 slices of bread (any kind)
  9. - 1 small onion, chopped
  10. - ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
  11. - 1 teaspoon salt (optional)

Directions:

In a large mixing bowl beat the eggs.
Add milk and tear the bread into the bowl.
Then add the rest of the above ingredients.
Mix well. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees in a meat loaf pan.
Note: You may substitute ½ cup of applesauce for ketchup.
