Ginger Water

This is a great tonic when you have a cold or congestion.

Ingredients

  1. For 6 servings, you will need:
  2. Brown sugar, ½ to 3⁄4 cup, packed
  3. Powdered ginger, 1 Teaspoon
  4. Cider vinegar, 1⁄2 cup

Directions:

You will need a 2 quart jug with funnel or other ½ gallon container
Dissolve brown sugar and ginger in vinegar by shaking or stirring. Add 1 quart cold water, mix and serve.
