- - 1 pint ricotta cheese
- - 4 eggs
- - 1 ½ cups sugar
- - 3 tablespoons flour
- - 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- - 1 ½ teaspoons lemon juice
- - 1 teaspoon vanilla
- - 1 pint sour cream
- - ¼ pound melted butter (cooled)
