Cheesecake

Ingredients

  1. - Graham cracker crumbs
  2. - 1 pound cream cheese
  3. - 1 pint ricotta cheese
  4. - 4 eggs
  5. - 1 ½ cups sugar
  6. - 3 tablespoons flour
  7. - 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  8. - 1 ½ teaspoons lemon juice
  9. - 1 teaspoon vanilla
  10. - 1 pint sour cream
  11. - ¼ pound melted butter (cooled)

Directions:

Mix ingredients in order listed.
1. Grease a 9 inch spring pan. Dust with graham cracker crumbs.
2. Pour in cheesecake mixture and bake for one hour in 350 degree oven.
3. Turn off oven, do not open and let stand in oven for 2 hours.
4. When cooled, top with favorite topping, such as canned blueberry, pineapple pie filling or better yet, fresh berries.
This has been in my family for many generations.
