Blueberry Muffins

375 degree oven Bake: 20-25 minutes
Line 18 muffin pan cups or you can grease them

Ingredients

  1. - 2 cups flour
  2. - 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  3. - ¼ teaspoon salt (I never use)
  4. - ½ cup butter, softened
  5. - 1 cup granulated sugar
  6. - 2 eggs, beaten
  7. - 1 teaspoon vanilla
  8. - ½ cup milk
  9. - 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries –( I use 2 cups)

Directions:

1. In a large bowl mix eggs, butter, sugar, baking powder together. Mix in flour and milk and beat until smooth. Fold in blueberries.
2. Fill muffin pans about 2/3 full.
3. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar with as much as you like.
4. Serve warm or cool. They freeze well.
