Non Class Events: Equipment must be orders using our online form. Please place the order 7 days in advance of the event.
Students: If a student needs equipment for a class their professor must place the order with us. If a student needs equipment for club or academic group, the advisor to the club or group must place the order with MTS.
Weekend Events: Because MTS is closed after 5pm on Friday, all weekend events will incur a $22.50/hr charge for a 4 hour minimum for a technician to be present.
