Task 1: Be sure to read the following pages in the Microsoft Excel section of the Lab/Office 2000 book:

  1. Chapter 3 “Spreadsheets in Decision Making”.
    1. Read pages 95-97.
    2. Read pages 105-114.

 

Task 2: Hands-On Exercises

  1. Do Hands-On Exercise 2, pages 98-104, from the Microsoft Excel, Chapter 3: Spreadsheets in Decision Making section of the lab book. Attach results to this sheet.

 

  1. Copy the Lab File, “Expanded Grade Book.xls”, from my Assignments web page or from the local workstation C: drive (which is accessible only from the classroom network) to a diskette.

 

  1. Do Hands-On Exercise 3, pages 115-124, from the Microsoft Excel, Chapter 3: Spreadsheets in Decision Making section of the lab book. Attach results to this sheet.
