  1. Do Hands-On Exercise #2, pages 166-175, from the Microsoft Word, Chapter 4: Advanced Features section of the lab book.

 

Note: Objective references Figure 4.4; believe it should be 4.3 (a & b).

 

    1. The last step in this exercise instructs you to print out the completed document. Staple the hardcopy output to this page.

 

  1. Hands-On Exercise #3, pages 179-187, from the Microsoft Word, Chapter 4: Advanced Features section of the lab book.

 

    1. Review the section preceding Exercise #3 on pages 175-179.
    2. Download the file from my Assignments web page and Save it As, “Modified Tips for Word 2000”. This will enable you to skip the first 2 instructions in Step 1, of this exercise.
    3. You are not required to print the results of this exercise as it is used as the starting point for Exercise #4.
