I currently work as a case manager at a residential program for teen mothers and their babies. While in school, I participated in Red Caps, Rugby, Resident Assistant, Sport Center Supervisor and Lambda Theta Alpha.

Though I stayed in school an extra year, it gave me the opportunity to "truly" experience the bond and love with my sisters. In the beginning, I didn't know my line sisters on a personal level But in the end, these women became not only my friends but sisters for life. My favorite poem is "Some People".

This is what Lambda Theta Alpha is for me and has touched my life forever. I am and never ever will be the same! As a alumni, I feel that Lambda Theta Alpha is a piece of my life and carries me through daily. My career is a daily challenge and as a we all know personal lives can be full of drama. However, I feel that I can and will make it through because I can. If I ever can't, I have numerous supports by simply picking up the phone!
