EXPERIENCE:    AMTRAK CORPORATION: 255 Welton St. Rear, Hamden, CT.
               September 1996 to present.  Radio Maintainer.  Install, 
               test, repair, program and adjust two-way radio equipment
               including repeaters, voters, mobiles, and portables.

               UNIVERSITY OF HARTFORD: - Ward College of Technology. West
               Hartford, CT.  Sept. 1990 to Sept. 1996.  Senior Electronic
               Engineering Technologist.  Calibrate, adjust, and repair the
               colleges' lab test equipment, computer equipment/software,
               and accessories. Fabricate custom test circuits for faculty
               as needed. Designed a portable AC/DC/FREQ/RESISTANCE
               Standard for on the spot calibration checks. Maintain
               equipment and  component inventories for the college, and
               specify related purchasing.

               MADRIGAL AUDIO LABS: 2081 South Main St., Middletown, CT.
               May - August 1990.  Senior Audio/RF Technician.  Designed
               production test fixtures and programs on an IBM AT for
               consumer audiophile products. QuickBasic, ORCAD experience.

               Contract assignment through Tech-Aid of Rocky Hill, CT.
               Test, repair, and adjust two-way radio equipment including
               base, mobile, portables and pagers.  Designed a load
               management checkback status monitor system.  This involved
               interfacing a radio receiver to a modem in order to transmit
               data via a microwave channel to the office site, display it,
               and latch an alarm on error.

               GENERAL DATACOMM INDUSTRIES, INC.: 6 Rubber Avenue,
               Naugatuck, CT.  April 1984 to August 1989. Senior Test
               Engineer.  Designed electronic test equipment hardware and
               software for Production Test, using microcomputers as
               controllers. Programmed in C and Assembler for UNIX, CPM,
               and DOS. Programmed target routines in the UUT's (Unit Under
               Test's) native processor code.  Experienced in Z80, 68xx,
               and 8051 Assembler.  Have written high level programs in
               Basic and C, and a management application in dBase II.
               Complexity of test fixturing ranged from stand-alone testers
               to rack and stack systems employing several IEEE-488
               instruments. Designed a software driven universal factory
               select workstation to decrease repetitive labor costs in
               this area. Product experience in TDM (Time Division
               Multiplexing) and PCM voice coding techniques.

               TIMEX CORPORATION: Straits Turnpike, Middlebury, CT.
               February 1983 to March 1984. Test Engineer.  Designed custom
               electronic test equipment and test software for
               Manufacturing facilities. Experience with personal omputers,
               modems, printers, and home medical products.  Supervised 1 -
               3 electronic technicians activities in implementation of my
               designs as well as model shop fixturing work.  Implemented
               one of my designs at manufacturing site in South Korea.

               DATAPRODUCTS NE: Barnes Industrial Park, Wallingford, CT.
               August 1982 to February 1983. Test Engineering Assistant.
               Contract assignment through Tech-Aid of Rocky Hill, CT.
               Test datacommunications network systems involving analog and
               digital MUX, cryptos, spare swaps, patch, test equipment,
               and DEC PDP/11 computer consoles for military application.
               I was responsible for test procedures documentation, system
               test, and schematic/wiring list errata.

               UNITED TECHNOLOGIES CORP.: - Hamilton Standard Division,
               Farmington, CT. January 1979 to August 1982. Senior
               Metrologist.  Certify traceability of electronic
               instruments, gauges, and working standards to the National
               Bureau of Standards.  Perform statistical analysis of
               instrument long-term drift/failure rate.  Calibrate, adjust,
               and repair to the component level of analog,
               digital/microprocessor based instruments. Provide technical
               support to Reliability and Manufacturing Engineering.

               PICKER CORPORATION:  Route 22, Branford, CT. 1977 to 1979.
               Electronic Technician.  Test, calibrate, repair to the
               component level, install and debug electronic systems and
               microprocessor based medical equipment.  Responsible for
               system assembly, system test, UL test, inspection, and
               break-down for shipment.  Assist in debug of design
               problems.  Attended company sponsored microprocessor and
               logic analyzer training seminars.

               HUNTRESS ELECTRONICS:  West Hartford, CT. 1975 to 1977.
               Electronic Technician.  Install, adjust, and repair to the
               component level of 2-way radiotelephones, digital tone
               access paging systems, and portable equipment.  Experience
               in sales, customer relations, and field service on
               communications products employing PLL, VCO frequency
               synthesis, and stripline UHF RF amplifiers.
