1.	Objectives
The basic objectives are to build a robot to compete in the 
April 16 1999 Trinity Fire Fighting Robot contest. The objectives 
of the contest are stated in their 1999 contest rules.

1.1	Navigate a Maze

1.1.1	Find candle
Ÿ	Extinguish candle within 12" radius.
1.2	Specs
1.2.1	Time limit of 6 minutes.
1.2.2	Dimension limit of 12 x 12 x 12" maximum robot size.
