 In general the higher the qualifications of your sales force the more positively it reflects on the image of your product or service.  The qualifications of your sales force come from two sources, the quality of people that are recruited and the training they receive after they come on board.

 Because the sales force is the only part of the organization that many customers actually see, this can be a key determinant of image for your organization.
