B. 1. C. Product Line Consistency Alternatives

 Product line consistency refers to how related different product lines within an organization's product mix are to each other.  They might be related for any number of reasons such as end use or target market or distribution channel.   The more related they are the more consistent the product mix is.  This section would propose changing the level of consistency in the mix.
