Here you need to look at where and when both shopping and decision making occur for your product. In general your product needs to be in the place (distribution channel) that the customer expects to find it at the time the customer expects to purchase it. Your information for customer needs to be in place when the customer is making their decision. Descriptions should be included for every major segment.
