Specific activities and areas of responsibility:

• Serve as a reliable source for comprehensive and authoritative information about the institution



• Oversee the institution's response to statistical surveys, questionnaires, and other non-routine requests for data or information



• Prepare mandated reports for state agencies, the Federal Government, other external organizations, and University decision-makers



• Construct and update tracking records for each entering class, monitoring their academic progress and degree attainment patterns over six or more years



• Maintain a repository of longitudinal files related to institutional performance indicators and the environment of higher education



• Produce the Annual Fact Book for the University
