Do you all know about Zillow? It's a site that gives you estimated prices for just about any house anywhere. It's kind of addictive. You can type in the address for almost anyone you know and see what their place is worth now. Or you can just explore areas and see what's going for what in the area. That's what I've been doing for a while tonight. Basically, I've been finding out we can afford more around here than I thought. We're probably going to be staying in a condo for the rest of our lives because we love so much about it. But we've always assumed we can't afford much around here. Yet we could! Of course, places are giving out mortgages that people can't afford, so we'd still have to make monthly payments. But it's fun to look
