FLAIRS 2004 will be held at the Palms
South Beach hotel, an elegant oceanfront resort with a tropical
setting. The Palms is ideally located
on the northern end of South Beach and
is close to the historic art deco district, scenic ocean drive, and several
South Beach attractions.

We
have arranged for a limited number of rooms at the conference rate of $129
per night for city view and $149 per night for ocean view. These rates are single/double occupancy and
subject to applicable state and local taxes, currently at 12.5%. A Service Charge of $7.00 per room per day
will further be added to your room rates ($7.46 including tax). To reserve at these conference rates,

Street and Collins

Attrition Policy:
The Palms South Beach Hotel has the following cancellation
policy: At the time of booking, individuals will be charged a 1 night room
and tax deposit. This deposit is refundable if the reservation is cancelled
up to 21 days prior to arrival. Any
cancellation within 21-7 days prior to arrival, the deposit of 1 night
room and tax will not be refunded. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to
arrival will be charged the entire amount of room and tax that would have
been generated. Credit cards of
individuals will be charged for the individual cancellations and no shows.
