Services, Bursar, Purchasing, Payroll and the Copy Shoppe report to the Assistant Vice President for Finance
and Controller.
MISSION
The
Financial Affairs office strives to be a leading supplier of financial decision support information to the University’s academic and administrative units. The
Financial Affairs office works to meet or exceed the expectations of the clients it serves.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Prepares the University’s current and long-range budget plans.

Allocates available resources through annual budget preparation process.

Maintains the budget ensuring that expenditures do not exceed available resources.

Performs budget analyses and consults with budget managers throughout the University.

Responds to internal and external requests for institutional data.

Conducts special analyses drawing on an array of financial and non-financial information at its disposal.

Maintains and reports on the University’s key performance measures.
