Using iPodder to Subscribe to the Physics Lectures

If you wish to use iPodder in Windows to subscribe to my podcast, do the following:

1. Open iPodder.
   
   If you don't have iPodder, you can download it for free at http://ipodder.sourceforge.net/index.php
   
   Once installed, iPodder shows up as a lemon icon in the lower right of your windows desktop. You can right-click on this icon and open iPodder.
   
   
2. Click on Subscriptions tab in the iPodder window..
   A pop-up dialogue box Add a Feed will open, with a space for a url. Cut and paste the text below.
   
   http://uhaweb.hartford.edu/fcld/fcldfeed.xml
   
   Then click Save. iPodder will now update the latest podcast lecture.
   
   
3. Go ahead and listen on your PC. In the Downloads tab, right-click on the title of a podcast and click Play episode in mediaplayer. It should begin to play immediately.
   
   NOTE: At this time, iPodder will not allow you to easily transfer MP3s to your iPod. For that I suggest iTunes.
