Blackboard Unavailable?

In the event of a major system-wide Blackboard outage, first try to verify that it is a Blackboard system outage, and not local to your computer or your network provider (if you are off-campus). A major system outage is defined as an outage that affects everybody on the system, for example, "The Blackboard web site does not respond." or "When I click on any of my Blackboard courses, they go to a blank page" . If you think the problem is with the Blackboard system, please call the Computer Support Hotline at (860) 768-5999. If you are unable to reach someone in person at that number, leave a detailed message, and then use the online System Problem Report link below to report the problem.
