Hello everyone..
We will be having a meeting this Friday at 4:30pm in ut-303 as it is
getting dark soon... please attend the meeting and hand in the information
of the tickets and amount as there is only one more week left for our
preparation...
The number of the tickets sold till now are 136 out of 320.
And one more request to every one...Please get a ticket for yourself to
for entry into the hall that day as no one will be having a free entry and
also, We need the information of how many students will be attending as it
is going to effect the total budget and number of people attending too!
So ... Don't delay.. get your own ticket!!!!!!!!!!!!
Please do mail back if you are having any conflicts or changes ...

Hello all,
Here is the list of
all the volunteers who are willing to work on November 20 for the setup of
the hall for the evening. Please do mail back if you have any changes or
conflicts.
Here is the update of the Fridays meeting on Oct 29 at 5:00pm. Meeting
from 5:15pm till 6:00pm Students attended:
Rohini, Jassi, Sandhya, Megha, Aprup, Naren, Ranjith, Hitesh, Tanuj, Aanal,
Sandeep, Madhurima.
The amount from the students who sold tickets was collected.
Tanuj will be one of the Master of ceremony.
Heyyyyyyy are we missing something here.......
Cookies and candys from the Business school and Rohini. Thanks for the
treat !!!we enjoyed them.
This was all for this meeting folks...
We have only 2 weeks for the event
and it is really very short time. After the count of the tickets sold was
seen there were only 50 tickets sold out of 320.
Our anticipation of number of people to attend the event is around 300 and
this will only be possible when every one of us can sell atleast 5 to 6
tickets per person.This show is a group effort and is by no means a
one man show.. so we need your cooperation in making this a successful
one...
This event is being conducted after 2 years of inactivity and plays a
major role of prestige to EKTA.
2 weeks is a reaaly little time and there are a lot more things to be
done. Please be considerate enough in taking this event as our event and
either it is a success or a failure is depends on us. We
request all the students who have taken the tickets to attend the next
meeting because we need some budget to start up things and we need the
count of people coming in.
Lets get started and keep going...
We appreciate all those who are putting in a lot of efforts and time
out of their busy schedules...

Helloo alll....
Hope you had a good weekend...
Here are the details of the third successful meeting of EKTA on Oct 8th at
5:00pm :
* The name of the event is fixed as "Deep-Utsav".
* Flyers are ready and tickets will be given for printing on Monday.
* Website is taken care of and will be ready before November 20th.
* Enquiry about the restaurants and rate.
* Professor Susheel's suggestions.
* Hall setup for the big day has been decided.
* Prices of the tickets for Students with a valid student ID is $6 and
others $8.
Anyone who is interested in performing a show on the night is requested to
send in their names before October 16th. Volunteers (Performers) will be
having free entry to the show.
I would like to thank each one of you for taking an active
participation despite your busy schedules and making a path of success..
There are just 5 more weeks left ... Lets speed up and try to get the
publicity about the event and spread it across as much as we can so
that we can get big crowd on the big night of the event.
Anyone who has any suggestions which can help us is requested to send those
in as soon as possible. This is all about the last week's update...
All the best for the rest of the week...
The upcoming meetings will be in the same room UT-303 on Fridays at
5:00pm.
