PSpice and Probe, Version 6.1 (July 1994) for DOS.
PSpice is the circuit analysis "engine" that does many kinds of analysis
(DC, AC, transient, transfer function, et al).
Probe is a software "oscilloscope" that presents graphs of analysis data.
Examples include voltage vs. time, current vs. frequency, current vs.
voltage.
It is bare bones in order to limit
the size of the ZIP file. The full version is
available from many web sites.
A. INSTALLING THE PSPICE FILES:
1. Refer to the instructions on this website for
using PKUNZIP software. Go
to PKUNZIP instructions.
B. USING PSPICE AND PROBE:
1. One of the files that is contained in SPICE.ZIP
is called HOW2USE.TXT. Refer to it for hints on setting
up PSpice and using it.
Additional details about PSpice may be found in books on the subject (many
circuits
texts include extensive
treatment of PSpice).
