University High School
of Science and Engineering
The magnet high school is gaining
national visibility and regional prominence in the areas of science,
engineering, and technology. The school was created by a partnership that
includes the Capitol Region Education Council (CREC), the Hartford Public
Schools, and the University. This school is developing into a major success.
Dr. Elizabeth Colli is the principal of this new school that is currently
located at the Asylum Ave. Campus of the University of Hartford
