Audio-Visual Requirements:
Each conference room will be equipped with:
- an internet-capable computer
- a connection for projecting from the computer and a laptop
- wireless internet
- For additional AV facilities, please contact the Conference co-chair at alnajjar@hartford.edu by
February 26, 2010. There are no guarantees but we will try our best to accommodate all
reasonable requests.

Student Poster Final Submission Instructions and Poster Formatting Guidelines:
The following must be completed by March 23, 2010 for the poster to be published in the poster program.
Final Poster Submissions:
Submit each of the following items using the CCSCNE Final Copy Submission Page
so as to reach us no later than March 23, 2010, earlier is better. Please note that the text of the final
abstract (including references and acknowledgments) must be limited to a maximum of 300
words (no exceptions). Also, please note that one of the student poster authors must send in his/her
registration for the conference by March 23, 2010. Also, please note that the final abstract must be
submitted in Word (.doc) file. PDF and LaTeX files are not acceptable.
Registration:
At least one co-author of a poster must register and pay the registration fee by March 23, 2010.
