The University Of Hartford Chapter Of ASCE kicked off their year on September 21st with the 1st Annual Concrete Canoe Smash Fundraiser. Last year's canoe proved to be of use for one final time as passing students and faculty paid one dollar to take two swings at it. All proceeds were placed toward the canoe that will be created for the competition in the spring. Below are images that were taken at the fundraiser.
