About
the School
Our mission is to prepare communication graduates to successfully
navigate a changing world. We provide students with a liberal
arts grounding, a broad understanding of the field of communication,
and depth of knowledge in a communication specialty. This
blend of preparation engenders in our graduates social awareness,
ethical and moral concern, and a range of communication, analytical,
creative, and technological competencies that affords them
true versatility. Students graduate prepared to shape a technologically
and culturally diverse world, engage in lifelong learning,
and achieve personal and professional success.
