Sweetwater Club…3 bedroom/2 full bath condo sleeps 8, located in Kissimmee, Fl. The unit will sleep 8 people; there is a sleeper sofa in the living room.
Our unit is approximately 5 minutes to Walt Disney World, 10 minutes to Sea World, and 15 minutes to Universal Studios. The unit is very convenient to shopping and restaurants as it is only a few miles off Rt. 192.
Our unit is an upper one level unit with cathedral ceilings and it has a very open feel. We are just a few steps from the pool, clubhouse, tennis courts and volleyball.

Why stay in a small hotel room when you can stay in our spacious condo for the same or less money? There is 1250 square feet of space in our condo. It is nice to have the choice of eating in or eating out. Our complex is very clean and beautifully landscaped. Other vacationers will surround you as well.

A deposit of $100.00 is required at time of reservation.
As owners, however, we are offering a special for the months of September, October, and November, at $60.00 per night (excluding major holidays). Cleaning fee of $50.00 will be added to all rentals of five nights or less. No cleaning fee for 6 nights or more.
