Taft Registration Instructions: The following items are required on the University of Hartford registration form in the primary course selection portion of the registration.
Five digit course reference number (CRN) - i.e. 12345
Subject - EDX
Course Number (three or four digit number) - i.e. 246 or 2468
Number of credits - i.e. 3.0 or 6.0
Corresponding Taft course number - i.e. 08A11 (place directly under course reference number)
Instructor name is not require
If applicable, place a check mark in the Veteran’s Administration box on the registration form in order to have enrollment at the University of Hartford reported to the Veteran Administration for reimbursement.
The correct term is summer and the year should reflect the year the course was completed. A separate registration form is required for each year. All Taft registration request are level 02 (graduate) and the college is non-matriculated unless the participant is a University of Hartford student.
In order to process the registration form accurately, all students must provide their permanent address, social security number (place above the word REGISTRATION, leave student ID# field blank), date of birth and the registration form must be signed.
Enclose check or money order payable to the University of Hartford for the exact amount due. Each credit is $ 100.00.
Transcript Request:Official transcript request forms for the University of Hartford are included in the Taft registration packet. Requests for transcripts are made by completing a "University of Hartford / Taft Transcript Request" form. All transcript request forms should be mailed to the University of Hartford, Attention Sandra Stevens, 200 Bloomfield Avenue, West Hartford, CT 06117.
Transcript fees are outlined on the "University of Hartford / Taft Transcript Request" form. A separate check or money order is required for transcript request and payment should be made payable to the University of Hartford.
Official transcripts bearing the University of Hartford seal are accepted by most institutions and agencies when mailed directly by the University of Hartford. Most institutions prefer this method of transference rather than hand-delivery.
