Barbecue Favorites

Summer time means barbecue time!

I would like to share with you some of my favorite barbecuing recipes. While I would like to think that I always manage to produce good results on the barbecue that is not always the case. It’s fun and easy on a hot summer’s evening to be outside grilling and relaxing with my family. It is definitely true to say that men love to grill and I am no exception. While I would like to share with you two of my favorite recipes, one for chicken and the other for baby back ribs, I love to really mix it up when I am grilling. Without going on for too long, I enjoy grilling anything from baked potatoes to hot dogs. If any body else has good recipes I would love to hear about them: sbrowne@hartford.edu
