Degree Requirements


Master of Science in Organizational Psychology



The Organizational Psychology program in the Department of Psychology
is a 36-credit program: seven required courses (21 credits, including either
research or practicum), three electives in General Psychology (9 credits), and two additional electives in Organizational Psychology (6 credits).
    All students must satisfactorily complete a minimum of 36 credit hours with a grade point average of at least 3.00 and have no more than two grades below B-.

Capstone Track:
The Capstone Track requires eleven courses plus a three-credit capstone course. This option should be seriously considered by students who wish to apply organizational material in their current job settings.

Practicum Track:
The Practicum Track requires eleven courses plus a three-credit practicum course. This option is provided for those students who wish to obtain practical experience in an organizational setting.
