Among the site's key features are:

• Periodic updates to the textbook, Communication Law in America, (alerting users to new court decisions and other developments), as well as new court cases meant for future editions of the companion book, Cases in Communication Law. Because of the updates' timeliness, these texts are the most current on the market. Copyright dates on printed materials don't really mean that much in an online age.
• Power Point slide shows for each chapter of Communication Law in America.
• Visual elements, including case artifacts that reproduce more meaningfully in color here than they would have in the book's grayscale, plus many other visuals not in the book.
