Homemade Granola

6 cups old fashioned oats
1 cup coconut
1 cup sesame seeds
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup wheat germ
1 cup All Bran
2 cups sliced almonds
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup honey

Stir all dry stuff together in a big bowl, then stir in oil and honey. Mix thouroughly until evenly coated. Spread 1/2 inch thick in shallow pans. A jelly roll pan works well. Back in a slow (250 degree) oven for approximately 20 minutes. Use a metal spatula to stir and flip over the bottom from time to time. Be careful not to scorch. Cool and store in a covered jar.
