  1. - 1 or 2 heads of cabbage
  2. - 1 pound of lean ground beef
  3. - 1 pound of ground pork
  4. - 1 stalk of leek chopped or 1 onion finely diced
  5. - 1 cup of cooked wild rice or 1 cup of any kind of cooked rice
  6. - Salt and pepper to taste
  7. - 1 can of condensed tomato soup or 1 ½ cup tomato sauce
  8. - 1 egg

1. Cut the core of the cabbage out, place cabbage into large pot of boiling water for a few minutes to help peel away leaves. (You will repeat this step a few times).
2. Combine the beef, pork, egg, rice leek, salt and pepper in a large bowl
3. Take small handful of mixture, place into the center of the leaf. Fold the sides over and roll the mixture into the leaf. Place seam side down in a baking dish.
4. Pour the soup or sauce over the stuffed cabbage.
5. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
6. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes and baste often with the sauce.
