Peanut Clusters

This recipe came from a good friend living a parallel life: A family with two parents working full time and three kids! This can be made in 30 minutes before an event and it’s FABULOUS.

Ingredients

  1. - 12 ounce bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
  2. - 11 ounce bag butterscotch chips
  3. - 10-12 ounce (small can) Spanish
peanuts (you can leave the skins on)

Directions:

Melt chips in the microwave on medium power in separate bowls, and then mix together. Add nuts and mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet and free until solid, about 10 minutes.
That’s it! I’ve substituted regular peanuts and it works just as well. Have fun…
